Salman Khan is always motivated when it comes to working out. He believes that in order to be the best in something, you have to work hard at it, which is the mentality he takes into his workout routine. Unlike a lot of fitness models and bodybuilders, Khan is a big fan of cardio work, which is why he incorporates it into his workout routine.

For Khan, the type of cardio exercises he enjoys include cycling and swimming. The cycling helps to strengthen the thighs and lower body, while swimming works out all muscle groups and increases his stamina. When it comes to weights, Khan is a big fan of exercises that work out his biceps, triceps, and abs. He spends at least three hours in the gym on a daily basis, and also does 2,000 push-ups and sit ups a day.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, he focuses on working on his abs and doing some cardio work. He starts off with a 15 minute run on the treadmill to get the blood flowing, then he goes for the ab work, doing crunches, side planks, reverse crunches and side planks. When he is done with those, he does 1,000 sit-ups, then works on his cardio for another hour.

When it comes to his diet, Salman Khan avoids the foods that aren’t good for him, which means that he stays away from sugar and processed food. His preferred diet consists of clean sources of protein, like chicken, egg whites, fish, fruits, and vegetables. Khan also uses supplements to aid his diet, and is a big fan of protein shakes and nuts. By eating a diet filled with a lot of protein, he is able to build lean muscles, which is what gives him the physique that he has today.
