To get himself back in the shape that he is currently in, Roshan enlisted the help of personal trainer Kris Gethin, who devised a plan to help him get in the best shape of his life.

One of the ways he got back in shape was through strength workout, Roshan did a lot of multi muscle movements, as well as compound movements and isolation movements. These movements helped him get toned, and also prepared his body for the intense training he was about to do.

The next step Roshan took to get back in shape was to do a lot of exercises and workouts to add some strength to his muscles and make them denser. This exercises included bench presses, curls, pull-ups, and push-ups. He also did a lot of heavy weight training while doing the exercises. The dense muscles helped to improve his metabolism, and helped his body burn calories faster.

To help reduce his body fat, Roshan did a lot of cardiovascular exercises. He spent a lot of time running every day, and also spent some time in the swimming pool. The cardio exercises helped him get rid of his bulging gut and regain his six pack abs.

The first thing Roshan had to do when he started his new diet was to swear off the junk food that put him in the terrible shape he was before hooking up with Gethin.

Instead of a diet of cigarettes and junk food, Roshan started eating right again. His meals now consist of egg whites, fish, steak, chicken, protein shakes, turkey, brown rice, oatmeal, and salads.

Roshan also uses supplements to help his body recover from workouts and provide much needed energy boosts. Some of the supplements he takes include BCAA. Glutamine, and creatine.
