After working out hard for professional reasons as a model, and to be in the leanest and best shape I can, I’ve found that there are 4 supplements that are without a doubt the most important to increase workout efficiency and reach the body you want…. FASTERRRRRRRR. This is besides the obvious whey protein powders, nutrition, etc. These are “intangible” supplements that you might just be surprised how important they are to your goals being reached efficiently. Kind of like Tim Tebows way of winning football games.  :-PAnyway….

Here are (in my opinion), the BEST supplements a fitness model will use, so of course they will help anyone tremendously.

4. Vitamin D3. This is probably a boring one, since it’s known for pretty much just bone health and what you get in milk. But the truth is, for men, it is extremely important in maintaining testosterone levels. Testosterone is important is producing lean muscle mass, sexual health, and many others. Most people are low on Vitamin D and especially during the winter months. You can either get checked for your levels of D by a doctor, if you’re low, you won’t even know it and your training efforts are going to come up short no matter what you do. So I’d get checked. If you don’t get checked, take D3 and around 800 IU a day is good. I take 5,000IU a day but I don’t recommend it because it can be overdosed on. I just find this to work better for me training hard 5-6 days a week.

vitamin B

3. Vitamin B Complex. B Vitamins are water soluble and used up pretty fast by stress, training, and pretty much anything that causes stress. Without them being in your system everyday, your ability to convert carbs into energy and bodies ability to handle free radicals from training will be thrown off. You need all the b’s and folic acid a day to make sure your training efforts are going to be maximized. It’s very important. You get these from a perfect diet, but not many have a perfect diet. I’d recommend a b complex 125-150 mcg of each. Take midday when energy levels drop off.

amino acids

2. NAC (the stable form of the amino acid cysteine) exercised induced muscle damage is going to happen no matter what, and not combating it is gonna be a detriment to your training goals. This is one of the most potent antioxidants you can take, and will be the key ingredient in combating free radicals. It’s importance would be its role in detoxifying the body and helping keep the liver in “like-new” condition. Its anti-aging benefits and ability to aid in joint health are great value add-ons. All crucial in maximizing your results.  These are just the highlights, there are many of other benefits of this antioxidant, and it’s affordable as well. Great stuff. I take 600 mg twice a day. You can take 600mg once per day as well and get the benefits.

1. Magnesium/Zinc combo (also known as ZMA). Magnesium and Zma are amazing for allowing your body to be primed to build muscle and burn fat. Your body depletes itself of magnesium easily when training, so supplementing it is important if you’re training, an athlete, or just always active. There are dozens of benefits of taking this before bed. Just to name a few, it keeps your immune system at it’s peak allowing your training efforts to be all PROFIT. Also, it allows you to get restful sleep and recover faster, one of the most important things you can do besides drinking at least 100 ounces of water daily. This may seem like alot of stuff to take, but it’s really not.

You can’t get them in a multi vitamin in the amounts needed to be beneficial. That would be amazing if you could, but the pill would probably be as big as one of them oversized gobstoppers! So remember, these aren’t going to be fatal if you don’t take them, you might not even notice if you’re low in any of them. But if you want to see results faster, notice lean cuts in your body, burn fat, and build maximum lean muscle, these 4 best supplements will save you yrs of experimenting that I had to do. I’m here to save you time and wasted energy. That’s what I hope to do.

I experimented over 7 yrs of training to see what is good, and safe. There are others that work great, but these 4 are the all stars in my opinion.   UH OH, AN ANALOGY….. :-PMy analogy would be training is like a toll road. You get to where you’re going faster, but there’s a price. Training takes a toll on your body to improve it later. Without these supplements, you are basically paying the toll everyday with cash to break even, slowing you down in the long run.

With these 4 best supplements, it’s an EZ pass. In the long run, those few seconds of waiting adds up to hours and days of your life that could of been used for something else. In the short term, you feel more energized, ready to train harder, and the feeling that you are doing everything you can to achieving the body you wish for yourself. THAT’S WHAT’S UPI hope this helps you and maybe it even surprised you.
